Spanich Rice

2.00 lb ground chuck or; beef
2.00 medium onions; chopped
2.00 green peppers; chopped
1.00 can tomatoes (28 oz.)
1.00 can tomato sauce (8 oz.)
1.00 cup water
2.50 teaspoon chili powder
2.50 teaspoon salt
2.00 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1.00 cup raw rice (converted)
