Crockpot Cornish

2 cornish game hens
1 pkg pecan rice
1 1/2 cup water
1 salt and pepper to tast

Place rice and water in crock pot; stir well. Place Cornish hens on top of rice; add salt and pepper. Cook over low setting 6 hours.
