1.50 lb cut-up green beans
2.00 large onions, sliced
1.00 large idaho potato, peeled
1 and sliced
4.00 large peeled tomatoes
1.00 lb lamb, cubed
1 salt, caraway seeds
1.00 clove of garlic
1.00 bouillon cube
Soak lid of glazed clay cooker. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, transfer to cooker. Cover and put into cold oven. Turn temperature to 425F and bake for 80 minutes. From Schlemmertopf Recipe Book. Formatted by Linda Caldwell
