Tender & Tangy Ribs

0.75 to 1 cup vinegar
0.50 cup ketchup
2.00 tablespoon sugar
2.00 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1.00 garlic clove, minced
1.00 teaspoon ground mustard
1.00 teaspoon paprika
0.50 to 1 tsp. salt
0.13 teaspoon pepper
2.00 lb pork spareribs
1.00 tablespoon vegetable oil
