Mexican Black Eyed Peas
crockpot, ethnic
4.00 can black eyed peas
1.00 lb pork sausage
1.00 onion; chopped
1.00 bell pepper; chopped
1.00 cup chopped celery
1.00 can diced tomatoes
1.50 teaspoon garlic salt
1.00 tablespoon chili powder
2.00 tablespoon brown sugar
1.00 ; salt & pepper ~~
Brown and drain sausage. Saute onion, bell pepper, and celery. Put all ingredients in crockpot and add some water if needed. Cook on low for 2 hours.
