Creole Skillet
crockpot, ethnic
2.00 tablespoon margarine
1.00 medium onion - chopped
0.50 medium green pepper - chopped
0.50 cup celery - chopped
2.00 tablespoon flour
2.00 teaspoon seasoning salt (see recipe)
2.00 can chunky tuna
1.50 cup kernel corn
Melt margarine in skillet and lightly fry onion, pepper and celery until tender crisp. Add flour and blend in. Add other ingredients and heat through. Serve with rice and grated Parmesan/Romano.
