Chicken Chow Mein


crockpot, ethnic, low-cal

6.00 chicken thighs without skin
6.00 oz mushrooms; sliced
1.00 onion; sliced
3.00 centiliter garlic; minced
0.50 cup teriyaki sauce
1 parsley
3.00 dash tabasco sauce

Recipe by: 20 Put above ingredients in a crock pot in the morning. Mix and put crockpot on low for all day cooking. Prepare rice. Put 2 handfulls of bean sprouts or 1 can, or 1 can Chinese vegetables in crock pot and mix. When rice is= cooked, serve chicken over rice. Chicken will be so tender it will= literally fall off the bones. The chicken is then easily deboned, and= everything can be mixed together, chow mein and rice, or server over the= rice.
