2 1/2 lb lean ground beef
1 large onion; quartered
1 cup catsup
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
2 cup beef broth or water
8 hamburger rolls; toasted
In a skillet, brown ground beef and drain well. Place ground beef and remaining ingredients except hamburger rolls in the crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 12 hours. Taste for seasoning before serving. Serve spooned over toasted hamburger buns
