Spinach-squash Crockpot Soupcrockpot 1 pkg frozen spinich 1 small yellow squash, diced 1/2 small onion, minced 2 carrots, diced 4 cloves garlic, minced 6 oz can v8 1/2 cup navy beans 4 cup water 1 teaspoon salt I just thru it all in the crock and let it cook on high all day.
