1.50 lb chuck steak, boneless; 1 1/2 inch thick
1.00 centiliter garlic; peeled and minced
0.25 cup wine vinegar
1.00 tablespoon brown sugar
1.00 teaspoon paprika
2.00 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
0.50 cup catsup
1.00 teaspoon salt
1.00 teaspoon dry mustard
0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe by: The Best of Electric Crockery Cooking Cut the beef on a diagonal, across the grain into slices 1 inch wide. Place these in the crockpot. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Pour over the meat, and mix. Cover and cook on Low for 3 to 5 hours.
