Cauliflower & Potato Curry


crockpot, vegetables

4.00 cup potatoes; peeled and quartered
1.00 small cauliflower; cut into florets
1.00 pinch asafetida
0.75 teaspoon ground turmeric
0.50 teaspoon chili powder
1.50 teaspoon ground cumin
0.75 teaspoon salt
1.00 pinch sugar
2.00 tomatoes; chopped
1.25 cup water
0.50 teaspoon garam masala
0.50 cup wheat berries; optional

Recipe by: Lisa Corsetti Add all ingredients to a crockpot and cook on low for approximately six= hours. If you're adding wheat berries, cook them on high with an= additional cup of water for an hour, then add remaining ingredients and= cook on low. With the wheat berries, if things start drying out, add more= water.
