Crockpot Beef In Beerbeef, crockpot, main dish 3 lb stewing beef or ground round 1 pkg onion soup mix 1 pkg brown gravy mix 1 can mushrooms; drained 1/3 cup flour 12 oz can of beer Mix all ingredients except flour and meat in crockpot. Cut meat into 2" cubes. Put flour and meat into sack and mix well. Put all meat and flour into crockpot. Cover. Cook on low heat for 8-10 hours. Serve over rice.
