Buttermilk Dip

1 cup dairy sour cream
1/3 cup instant dry buttermilk
1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 clove garlic, crushed
Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. About 1 cup dip; 40 calories per tb.
